Before the heat treatment electric furnace is welded, the scale, rust or other dirt on the surface of the alloy is cleaned, and the metal substrate of the welded portion is exposed with an abrasive cloth. The temperature should be mastered to avoid the phenomenon of slag inclusion, pores and welding. When replacing more alloy components, measure the cold resistance and three-phase current balance of the whole furnace after welding, and make appropriate adjustments to meet the original design requirements.
