The control of the temperature reduction and temperature reduction after the heating of the trolley type annealing furnace can adjust the temperature control system of the thyristor power adjustment. The system can accurately control the temperature rise, the temperature uniformity and the heat preservation, and the cooling speed cannot be controlled.
An independent cooling system is installed for the equipment to ensure that the product cooling rate is in compliance with the product heat treatment process requirements. The uniform cooling system consists of a high temperature circulating cooling fan, an intake and exhaust pipe, a heat exchanger (frequency conversion heat exchange device), a high temperature exhaust valve, a manual butterfly valve, and an electrical control system. A set of temperature measuring devices is arranged after the cold temperature device.

Control Method
In order to ensure the uniform temperature reduction of the process in each furnace product during the cooling process, the company chooses the self-designed cooling device to prevent the cool air from directly entering the furnace, and the temperature difference between the product surface and the product core is large, and new internal stress and cooling occur. Unevenly, the cooling system is equipped with a high-temperature exhaust port, a valve, a heat exchanger, and a large-volume high-temperature circulating fan, and the electronic radiator product that may be insulated can be synchronized in the cooling process.
When the annealing time is over, the equipment automatically starts the cooling program, the high temperature circulating fan pumps out the hot air in the furnace, and the hot air drops the hot air temperature to the temperature required by the process curve in the heat exchanger. It is sent into the furnace from the bottom of the furnace, and the cycle is repeated. It is possible to drop the temperature inside the furnace according to the speed required by the process curve. The excess gas in the furnace is excluded from the outdoor exhaust pipe through the upper exhaust port of the furnace top.
