Bell type annealing furnace is mainly used to stop annealing of sheet metal in natural atmosphere and normalize steel parts.

Special steel, fine alloy and large full fiber trolley resistance furnace are used to clarify the bright annealing of strip and wire.

Annealing of special steel castings and forgings. Silicon steel scrap annealing. The sintering of metal and nonmetal powder pressed parts.

Application of continuous bright annealing furnace: it is used for continuous bright annealing of copper straight pipe (bar), steel pipe, aluminum tube or disc in controlled atmosphere.

Characteristics: the workpiece is continuously preheated, heated, insulated, slowly cooled, and cooled without length limitation. The drive adopts idler synchronous transmission, frequency conversion speed regulation, stable and reliable.

Through maintenance atmosphere and strong thermal atmosphere circulation, the temperature is average, and the inner surface is very bright.

The cooling zone is designed together to ensure the average cooling of the workpiece. The inner surface of the treated products is bright, with high quality and high consumption rate.

Heating mode: electric heating or gas heating.

Composition of consumption line: front roller table, front air exchange room, front preheating area, heating furnace, slow cooling area, cooling area (including transition area and strong wind cooling area), rear air exchange room (including water cooling area), rear roller bed material system, computer control system, electrical control system, maintenance atmosphere installation.


Characteristics of bell type bright annealing furnace: the whole annealing process of data is placed in maintenance atmosphere, the surface of annealed workpiece is bright without oxidation, and the surface of data is not decarburized and oxidized. Since the maintenance Gas in the furnace is strongly convective circulation by a special fan, the furnace temperature is averaged, so that the temperature difference in the furnace is controlled within 5 ℃. Thus, the difference between software and hardware of all annealing data in the furnace can be effectively guaranteed, and the data can be processed further.
