Natural gas annealing furnaces must pay special attention to the following requirements:
(1) The main head closing valve on the natural gas main pipe introduced at the point of use should be installed in a safe and easy to operate place, without leakage, and often kept intact. When there is an oil-water separator or a drainage pipe, the sewage should be discharged every shift. ;
(2) Before ignition, check the various gates (valves), doors, pipes, etc. for air leakage, air leakage, etc., whether the air blowing equipment is operating normally, whether the flue pumping force meets the furnace opening standard, and whether there is any Open fire, etc .;
(3) Open the indoor doors and windows and the kiln door, and then open the ventilator to blow out the kiln, 5 ~ 10 minutes, after the remaining air is removed, the ignition will be allowed;
(3) During the combustion process, observe the combustion conditions in the furnace and the changes in natural gas pressure. Pay attention to adjusting the ratio of air to natural gas at any time to ensure normal combustion.
