  1. Reinforce or repair the furnace door and thermal insulation layer to avoid affecting the thermal insulation performance of the furnace due to the leakage of the furnace door and damage to the thermal insulation layer.

  2. Using a multi-point temperature inspection instrument, under the condition of continuously changing the product stacking structure, the large value of the uniform temperature field in the furnace that meets the requirements of the process is tested to compensate for the furnace caused by the single-channel air blowing Internal air circulation is uneven.

From the perspective of energy saving, the aging furnace is selected as follows:

(1) The furnace body feeds in and out of the furnace, and it is conveyed through the furnace by a chain belt loading frame;

(2) The hot air circulation system uses a large-flow fan. The fan impeller is directly installed in the furnace. The motor outside the furnace is fixed on the side of the furnace and driven by a belt.

(3) The heat exchange device is a finned tube heat exchanger, which is placed in the hot air circulation duct. The inlet pipe is provided with a regulating valve to control the flow of heat transfer oil;

(4) Control the hot air temperature through the instrument to adjust the oil circuit regulating valve of the heat exchanger according to the temperature detection signal
