1. The metal surface after cleaning should be clean, basically free of residual oxides and welding slag, no obvious over-washing of coarse metal crystals, and there should be no copper plating.
2. The average corrosion rate of the metal measured by the corrosion indicator should be less than 8g / (m2 ยท h). The total corrosion should be less than 80g / m2, the descaling rate is not less than 90%, and the descaling rate is not less than 95%.
3. A good passivation protective film should be formed on the metal surface after cleaning, and secondary rust and pitting should not occur.
4. Valves and meters on fixed equipment should not be damaged.
