1. Trolley type annealing furnace
It is mainly used for normalizing and annealing heat treatment of copper bars, steel castings, auto parts, rolls, steel balls, metal structural parts and welding parts.
The trolley type annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body and door lifting and sealing device, furnace car, furnace car transmission mechanism, electric heating device, temperature control system and other main parts. It can be used on the horizontal ground without foundation installation.
2. Well type annealing furnace
It is suitable for wire rod, stainless steel wire, annealing treatment before drawing, less oxidation, no decarburization, keep the workpiece clean after annealing.
Well type annealing furnace is mainly composed of furnace body, a movable furnace cover and control system. Features: can be configured with multiple furnaces, multi station operation, save human resources, improve production efficiency, save energy, reduce production costs.
3. Box annealing furnace
It is mainly used for quenching, normalizing and annealing of steel workpieces. The shell of box annealing furnace is made of high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, the surface is sprayed, the furnace door is full door structure, and the opening and closing are flexible.
Features: the electric furnace has large loading capacity and high productivity, especially suitable for heat treatment and heating of small and medium-sized parts, with high energy-saving rate and uniform furnace temperature; the furnace is easy to load and operate under good operating conditions; the seal between furnace door and furnace body is automatic, and the furnace is equipped with interlock protection device, which can prevent faults and accidents caused by misoperation.
