(1) Preparation before using the high-temperature roller heating furnace
1. For the unopened high-temperature roller heating furnace, first open the top and surrounding box covers to reveal the bolts fixing the roller heating furnace at the bottom of the box, loosen the bolts connected to the furnace body and remove the furnace Remove the packing box and place it in a proper position.
2. Before use, check whether the voltage matches the required voltage. In order to ensure safe use, the power supply of the mixer should be grounded reliably.
3. Read the instructions carefully and follow the steps.
4. Turn on the power and close the main power switch. The temperature display window shows the current furnace temperature.
5. Press the "ON" button of the motor, the drum in the furnace rotates, and the sample can be stirred.
6. Idle the motor for several minutes, and the sound and speed are normal. Press the "OFF" key to stop the motor. After the preparation is completed, normal work can be carried out.
(2) Temperature setting: SF is the rotation confirmation key. The up and down arrows are to adjust the temperature. Do not press in other cases.
(3) Timing setting: S is seconds, M is minutes, and H is time. Press the up, down and down keys to adjust the time.
(4) Operation method of roller heating furnace aging kettle, also known as aging tank:
1. Before the test, check whether the components such as the aging body of the roller heating furnace, the sealing pad, and the air release valve are normal.
2. Inject the test sample into the aging kettle. The volume of the test sample must not exceed 2/3 (about 325ml) of the aging kettle volume.
3. Put the Teflon gasket into the sealing groove of the sealing cover and place it on the body of the aging kettle. Tighten the lid and evenly tighten the three hexagon bolts.
4. The exhaust valve is screwed into the kettle lid and tightened.
5. If you need to preset the pressure in the aging kettle, you should connect the air source to the end of the exhaust valve (you must use a dedicated air source equipment and the connection is secure). Put a certain pressure gas on the liquid surface, tighten the exhaust valve clockwise, remove the air source device, and place the kettle body between the two rollers in the roller furnace. The two aging kettles should be placed bottom to bottom. Put six aging kettles.
(5) Operation method of roller furnace:
According to the needs of the experiment, after completing the above items (1), (2), (3) and (4), close the furnace door and lock it with the locking device.
1. Press the "motor on button" of the motor, the drum in the furnace rotates, and the sample can be stirred.
2. Press the heating "heating on button", the furnace starts to heat according to the set temperature. When the temperature reaches the set value, see (Figure 5) "normal" in the "Setting Item Indication" chart on the thermostat panel The indicator light is on.
3. After the experiment, remove the aging kettle from the furnace and cool to room temperature.
4. After erecting the aging tank of the roller heating furnace, slowly loosen the exhaust valve to release the residual air in the kettle.
5. Loosen the three hexagon bolts on the kettle lid, unscrew the kettle lid, and pour out the test sample.
6. Clean and dry all parts of the aging kettle, and apply lubricating oil to the threaded parts for preservation.
