Well Furnace

The advance well type vacuum annealing furnace series works by pre-vacuum atmosphere protection. When the well furnace is pumped to a certain degree of vacuum, the well furnace is filled with high-purity nitrogen or ammonia decomposition atmosphere for protection and heating, so as to achieve less oxidation. Heating, no decarburization and brightening. Due to the use of a stirring fan, the furnace has a high furnace temperature uniformity. The equipment is mainly used in the non-oxidative bright annealing of fasteners and standard parts industry.

The well furnace is loaded with a workpiece in a specially designed furnace, pre-vacuum, and then filled with a protective atmosphere gas, which can automatically perform a heat treatment process such as nitriding-free annealing.

The well furnace is suitable for smooth annealing of miniature bearings, precision forgings and cold extrusions.
