Box Type Annealing Furnace

Structure Description: The box type annealing furnace is composed of furnace shell, furnace lining, heating element, furnace door and control cabinet. The lining is made of 0.6 ultra-light refractory bricks and refractory fibers; the heating element is made of high-resistance alloy wire spirally, placed on the two sides of the furnace, the back wall of the furnace and the furnace door. The heated workpiece is placed on the floor of the furnace in the furnace. The lifting of the furnace door is carried out by hand sprocket or mechanical transmission. Two thermocouples are arranged on the furnace door, one is used as the temperature of the detection furnace, and the other is used as the temperature of the detection furnace. The branch is used for over-temperature protection.
