2. Annealing: the constant temperature is 700-800 degrees, the time is 6-10 hours, and the furnace can be cooled for 12 hours. The furnace can be discharged when the temperature is below 300 degrees, and the cooling time can also be extended. The purpose of extending the cooling time is to make the structure better fused and extend better.
3. Pipe annealing: 790-500 degree pipe temperature decreasing zone, 200 degree drying at the outlet, used for continuous annealing of copper clad steel fine wire, the pipe annealing equipment is generally designed with online hot dip tinning process at the same time.
