Furnace Structure:
Temperature: 950 ℃
The box type furnace is composed of two parts of a furnace body, a furnace table, a heating element, a furnace lining, a control system and a transmission mechanism.
Furnace body: The box type furnace of this station is composed of two pairs of half furnace bodies.
Furnace table: This bell annealing furnace is fixed type, and the heat dissipation is manufactured by using a multi-leg hole.
Heating element: depending on the temperature.
Furnace lining: The furnace lining of the furnace body is made of high-alumina fiber cotton. The high-purity fiber cotton is produced by Shandong Luyang Fiber Cotton Factory.
Control system: PID control (PID parameter self-tuning, Guolong Watch and Japan Island Electric FP93 series, high-precision programmable intelligent temperature control table, with communication interface can communicate with the computer in both directions.)
The transmission mechanism is operated by a reducer and a motor, and the chain is connected to the main running wheel shaft to move left and right (also can be manual type, but the high temperature is inconvenient for the operator). The unit is divided into half-opening furnace drive mechanisms, all of which are used in the control cabinet.
