1. Furnace body of well type aluminum wire annealing furnace: it is welded into cylindrical shell by angle steel, channel steel and steel plate.
2. Furnace lining: the energy-saving ceramic fiber blanket is used as the heat insulation material of the furnace. When making, the special equipment is used to make the furnace into folded blocks according to the size of the furnace, so as to achieve good heat storage effect.
3. Heating element: resistance belt is adopted, 0cr25al5 is processed into waveform structure by special mold, and hung on the fixed parts (ceramic screw) around the furnace wall in groups, which is very convenient for installation and maintenance and has long service life.
4. Hot air circulation: there is a fan on the top of the heat treating equipment for fasteners to mix the air in the furnace during the heating process, so as to make the temperature in the furnace as uniform as possible under the action of the return air duct.
5. Furnace cover lifting: manual lever or electric lifting can be used for furnace cover lifting to move up, down, left and right.
