DETAILS OF PIT FURNACE
1,The composition
The pit furnace mainly comprises an external heating type electric furnace, a heating element, a furnace tank and an electric control system.
2, Furnace structure
1) Furnace lining
Use full fiber lining. The bottom of the furnace is used to ensure the strength of the bottom of the furnace. After the combined lining, the high temperature strength, thermal insulation performance and service life of the lining are ensured, and the total thickness of the lining is reduced.
2) Furnace cover
It consists of a panel, a thermal barrier, an exhaust pipe and a venting pipe. Three trachea are placed on the furnace cover, and the vacuum tube is connected with the ammonia gas source for the pressure gauge for measuring the pressure in the furnace, one for dropping liquid and one for igniting exhaust gas;
3) Furnace tank
The furnace tank is made of stainless steel plate, and the bottom of the tank is flat; the sealing groove of the furnace is processed with high precision, thus ensuring the airtightness of the vacuum tank.
4) Electrical control system
