The advance well type vacuum annealing furnace series works by pre-vacuum atmosphere protection. When the well furnace is pumped to a certain degree of vacuum, the well furnace is filled with high-purity nitrogen or ammonia decomposition atmosphere for protection and heating, so as to achieve less oxidation. Equipment Details
