Layout security

The whole set of methanol hydrogen production equipment is in line with the "Code for Fire Protection of Building Design" GB50016-2014. Structural safety

Design safety

When the device suddenly loses power, the material pump stops feeding, and the program-controlled valve in the device is automatically closed to ensure that the whole device is under positive pressure. Pressure safety

Temperature safety

The methanol conversion section is heated by heat transfer oil, and the maximum temperature during operation of the equipment does not exceed 290 °C. And the whole set of equipment design multiple temperature test and alarm points, set high and low temperature automatic alarm.


Detail security

The special leaking point of the hydrogen pipeline increases the special treatment to ensure that the hydrogen leak is easy to find when it is on fire, and can be handled in time to avoid danger.


Venting safety

All flammable gases or venting containing flammable gases are vented through a flame arrester. Even if a fire occurs in the vent, the flame will not return to the inside of the unit to avoid danger.


Safety monitoring

In the whole device area, there are multiple flammable gas alarms to detect the concentration of flammable gas in the area in real time, so as to prevent the generation of explosive mixture.
