The exhaust heat loss of the trolley-type heating furnace accounts for about 65% of the total heat supply of the furnace. The exhaust heat loss of the trolley type heat treatment furnace accounts for about 50% of the total heat supply of the furnace, which results in the furnace thermal efficiency is not high and the energy consumption is too large. The regenerative high-temperature air combustion technology is an optimal combustion method that fully utilizes the residual heat of the flue gas to preheat the combustion-supporting air to achieve the recovery of the residual heat limit. The temperature of the regenerative furnace exhaust is <200 °C, and the thermal efficiency is ≥65%.
